someone hit my sons car from behind knocked off bumper, within less than a week ( which included the Memorial Day Weekend ) Gerber Collision was wonderful, fixed in less than a week. Kept me informed of progress, and even came in below estimated price. I would highly recommend this company. We were extremely satisfied with the work.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Brad went above & beyond to ensure I got the best price to replace my front bumper. The finished work was like new - paint matched perfect even though my car was 8-9 yrs old. They not only washed the car but cleaned the dull (hard to clean) headlights. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks again, Brad!!!!

This accident was the first accident that I actually had involving damage to my car. I'm amazed at how the staff in this place has made me feel comfortable about my situation. They were fully aware that I had some worries and they took care of it .My car was due for completion on May 26th. They actually finished 6 days early! That's Amazing!. Tex C the repair process manager was kind. He took care of business and worked extra hard to make sure everything was inspected and completed. He answered all of my questions appropriately and kept contact with me every step of the way. Hopefully I want have to come back but if I do this is where I'll go. Keep up the good work!

Gerber Collison & Glass did a awesome job repairing not 1 but 2 damages to my car. From the first day to the last day the staff were very helpful and professional. The staff here is amazing and knowledgable of the repair, insurance, rental car process. I received daily pictures and updates of my car which was very impressive. I was also pleased that my interior was cleaned and I mean really cleaned and detailed. I could go on and on about my first time experience with Gerber Collison & Glass. I was scheduled to be at work a little after 9 this morning due to pick up, however due to the fast and speedy service, I was able to get there by 8:16 and stop for Star Bucks Coffee Thank you....Thank you

He kept me informed on the progress of the repair daily and even had the car finished before the original date set for completion. The team of folks as GERBER made an unfortunate accident as painless as possible. They called and let me know my insurance claim info had not been released and followed up once I had confirmation from insurance that it was released. They called me half way through the repair process to tell me things were on schedule....I cannot rememebr the last time I was called and told things were going well. They were helpful and great to deal with. I WOULD recommend them for any repair needs!!!!

I had take my cars here because it has been recommended by USAA and I have always being satisfied with the service. This time the manager just worked with me and order a new alloy wheel from a Honda for me so I could get their price even though they didn't install it. Great customer service!
