Tawnya was great in letting us know twice a week about our car. The car was in the shop for a month and she always kept us up to date about everything. She also called today to find out if everything was ok since we picked up the car today. We think they did an outstanding job fixing the car. We would definitely use them again. Everyone was very courteous and answered all our questions about the insurance and the car. Thank you so much for being so efficient and pleasant to work with.

Just had my car repaired at Gerber Collision and Glass and they did a great job! I took it there to get a second opinion on my repairs, and they not only said the car could be fixed, but also came in at a lower price. They were great to work with, very friendly and helpful. They kept us updated on how the repairs were going. Great communication and customer service. Repairs were done in a timely manner and were finished ahead of their estimated time frame. The car looks fantastic and drives well also. The car came back very clean inside and out. I am very satisfied with Gerber Collision and Glass and would highly recommend them.

My experience with GreberCollision was an extrememly satisfying one. The staff is always professional and courteous. They made arrangements for rental car pick up at their location, making it pain free for me. I was updated on the status of my vehicle repair and the vehicle was ready when promised. The quality of workmanship exceeded all other body shops I have had the misfortune of doing business with in the past. Gerber in Concord will be the only collision shop to work on my vehicle, should that need arises.........I hope it doesn't, or at least it's not my fault. Thanks Kevin, Tawnya, and Jason.

Everything about the work and service was perfect. I would have preferred to have been able to get an appointment sooner and have the work done closer to the date of my collision, but I understand why they are so busy. They do exceptional work.
