Sunny did a great job keeping me updated throughout the repair process. I did not have a ride to pick up my vehicle and he went out of his way to pick me up at a nearby location. He also vacuumed the interior of my vehicle, which went over and beyond my expectations. Thank you Sunny and Gerber Collision for making my vehicle look as good as new!

From Don writing the order and his timely follow ups to keep me posted, to Daniels rapid determination of repairs and parts needed, to Sandra's polite demeanor I couldn't have chosen a better shop. I really liked the automated updates as well, imagine the time I saved not sitting on hold or getting lied to. You guys are the best. I appreciate all the professionalism That was given, and oh yes, my vehicle was done to perfection, ready when promised, and nicely cleaned. Thank you, I hope I'll never be back but if I'm in need, Gerber will be my only consideration. GREAT JOB!!!

Bob was efficient in handling my claim. The office girls were very attentive with day to day follow up on their progress. There was one incident withmy car i was concerned about not getting fixed. they did everything they could to help me with that and provided me with the necessary feedback to the next step in setteling it. overall very satisfied. would use them again.
