Everyone at the shop is always so knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and willing to explain everything to my satisfaction. This is the third time we have used this shop, and I have told other people about them and how well I have been taken care of here. It is close to my home and very convenient to a rental car place. Outstanding service!

Excellent service from Sandra and Kelley. My car was promised in 2 days and they did it. Also provided a rental car at no charge. Althoyugh I hope I don't need them again, I would use them and highly recommend them!

I really appreciated the attention to detail that went into repairing my vehicle. Dealing with insurance companies is no picnic and it is a relief to have Gerber deal with them, mostly behind the scenes, with frequent and honest updates.

They did WONDERFUL work on the front end repair!!! It was done when promised and they even went the extra mile to clean up the door bumpers that were rotting off. I would recommend Gerber :o))

Not sure which location came out but I got the call that they would be here between 9 and 11, he got here at 9:30, did an excellent Job, kept my truck and property clean and wasted no time. Cannot recommend highly enough.

When it looked like an unexpected delay was going to leave us without the car for the weekend, Mike & his team pulled out all the stops, and managed to get the car sorted for us just before the close of business on the Friday.
