I can not thank Ric enough for the great service and PATIENCE he had with my claim!! You would think that a radio thief with a broken window would be simple enough. I was given the choice to run around to all of the vendors - dealership auto glass, autoshop( for AC) - or let Gerber handle it. Boy did I choose wisely! I decided to let Gerber handle the whole thing as well as interact with the insurance company. Unfortunately, will all of the hiccups the truck took 3 weeks to get completed but not because of Gerber and who knows how long and how many hours I would have spent dealing with them if I didn't use Gerber. The dealer took forever to say they had the part and then waiting until the day we were to pick it up to say they had the wrong one!! I can go on and on but Ric took care of it all. He informed me of what was going on every step ... of the way. As the weeks went on and the issues with the truck, and the dealer particularly, continued I was EXTREMELY pleased that I choose Ric to handle it. He abstracted me from the noise! Ric was pleasant to talk to, took good care of my truck and made sure that I got her back completed! He even programed my radio to rock stations knowing that my Pink Floyd CD was stolen with the radio! I would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone who will listen as well as direct them straight to Ric. Thank you again! read more

The staff at my Gerber location were fantastic. They really listened to my scheduling needs and worked with me to meet all my goals. The car looks like new and was delivered to me exactly when I needed it. As a bonus, they worked with a local company on my behalf to get me a rental I could afford. Great service all the way around!

This shop is staffed with professionals at every level. My visit started with input from the estimator, manager, body technician and painter to make sure that the work on my vehicle would meet my high standards. I was kept informed on a daily basis as the repair status changed. I was provided with photos of work in progress and I received an update regarding the spray-out cards for the base color on the work being performed so I would know what my color match was going to look like. I always knew what was going on with my vehicle and I always knew I had taken the vehicle to the right place. I never had any doubts that the results would be anything less than PERFECT and that is EXACTLY what I got. The body tech and painter are both long-time professionals and their work shows it! The office staff made me feel like family. If you are ... anywhere near Iredell county or the Lake Norman area, there is NO other choice for TOP QUALITY paint & body work at competitive prices. This is the third vehicle that I have had repair work completed on with this same organization in a span of 17 years and at least half of the same staff and management is still there.
