Extremely professional, well mannered and caring staff .I was very impressed with the timely (text) status updates and follow up telephone calls. This kind of service is very refreshing ,I would like to take this opportunity to specifically mention Christine D. (Repair Process Manager),she went over and beyond the call of duty to address my issues and give me reassurance about the work to be done on my vehicle . In addition she gave me sound advice to keep my vehicle in "tip top condition". I am very pleased with my car repairs however the stellar customer service was the icing on the cake. I will definitely recommend Gerber collision & glass to my friends and family.

Brad did the best job I could have imagined. My car looks brand new and you can't even tell that it was ever in an accident. Brad worked so hard to get my car completed when I needed it and helped me out throughout the process. He kept me informed the entire time and was excellent. I will recommend everyone else here and to ask for Brad.

He kept me informed daily of the progress being done on my vehicle and always focused in delivering the vehicle as scheduled. I have been going to this location for many years -- when it was called CBWD's, then Tru-to- Form, and finally Gerber Collision. Their work is impeccable, and according to my adult son, they have the cleanest paint shop, and he had visited many other shops. This week I had an issue with my Honda after going over an unmarked "hump" in the road and discovered that something had come loose and was dragging on the ground as I drove. My first thought was Gerber since they had done some under the hood work for me previously. I didn't know what to expect when I arrived there since I didn't have an appointment. My car was assessed quickly and it seems that I lost some clips that held up the undercarriage. They quickly took my car into their shop, replaced the clips, and there was NO CHARGE -- not even accepting a tip!!! They are ... first-rate with me, and I always recommend their service. read more

I would like to take a moment and comment on the wonderful and friendly service I have received at Gerber Collision & Glass located in Greensboro, North Carolina. I first had contact with the employees at this location after having been involved in a vehicle accident back in October of last year. What impressed me the most is how an employee identified as Michael G. actually seemed to be more concerned about my well-being then he was about how much money they were going to make. The way Michael and Leslie Jones handled my claim throughout the process was almost unheard of when it comes to customer service. It has been a long time since I have received customer service at this level. There are so called five star restaurants and hotels that could learn from these employees. I recently returned in June for a problem with a different ... vehicle in which I had the pleasure of not only once again dealing with Michael and Leslie, but I had the opportunity to meet with Craig Smith (Manager). Mr. Smith went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a manager at a location even as far as getting hands on. I can only say that you have an excellent staff at this location. The customer service that I received from these employees is natural and not something that can be taught. I can only comment on these three as they are the only employees that I had any contact with and can insure you that Gerber Collision with me a location that I recommend to anyone I know that is in need of their services.
