(I can't tell that there was ever any damages) and the customer service was absolutely MARVELOUS! ... very seldom do you get to say that. The entire team actually impressed me. The service that I received at Gerber Collision & Glass located at 712 Sunshine Way in Greensboro, NC is a 10 plus in all categories, beginning with the prompt scheduling and quick repair time to the professional treatment that I received from the personnel there and the absolutely perfect repair work that was done on my 2011 Cadillac SRX. Would especially like to commend and give credit to Michael G. and Leslie J. for making this a totally painless experience. The people at Gerber go way above and beyond anything that you would expect. The staff were very informative and very eager to help. Although I did not get my vehicle repaired, I appreciated their honesty and the willingness to offer suggestions to save me money. The facility is VERY clean and the people are friendly.

The insurance company of the driver of the car who rear ended me sent me here for an estimate. The staff was very attentive, and the whole process took only a few minutes. I was wonderfully surprised when they returned my car to me freshly washed! The estimate was no more expensive than the Acura dealership. What a pleasant experience!

Nobody ever wants to need a body shop, especially when the collision was a hit and run. But I must sing the praises of Gerber in Concord!! From the very first moment we were treated like family or long-lost friends. Tanya and Jason were very professional, very informative and just great people. We received daily phone calls with updates as to the progress of the repairs. The work was perfect!! If I didn't know I would think it was all original. Thanks so much for a job WELL DONE!!!

If I could rate Gerber Raleigh on Capital Blvd 10 stars, I would!!! My experience with Gerber was flawless. I am very impressed with the entire experience from the first phone call (the receptionist is wonderful) to dealing with Frank R., the estimator. Communication is key to success in any business, along with outstanding customer service of course. Gerber delivered both with genuine customer care. And lastly, my car is looking good again! I will definitely recommend Gerber Collision!!!!

From the time I walked in to get an estimate and set up an appointment to bring my car in until I picked up my vehicle I was kept informed of how the repairs were going and when they were expected to be completed. When my car was ready to be picked up they let me know I could leave my rental car at the shop and they would arrange to return it. All of the staff I had contact with were professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. If I need body work in the future Gerber Collision and glass is where I will bring my car.
