I was real satisfied with Jennifer W. on the way she explained all my questions and concerns dealing with my 2007 BMW. This is the second time I have had to have collision work repaired on my car and both times Jennifer has been exceptional. I would absolutely recommend anybody coming to your shop for repairs to see her.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They made my turn go from worst day of the year! They turned into a great day. The staff helped us out every at every turn. They even fixed a rental car on the spot so we would have a vehicle to use. They by far are the best company i have dealt with when it comes to anything auto related i would highly recommend them and put my name on the line any time they asked and suggest that everyone use this company and store.

Wonderful staff. Wonderful service. Excellent repair! I had my work truck in for repairs while out of town and they had it done well ahead of schedule (before I returned). I didn't have to miss any work at all. I know that can't always be the case, but they managed my expectations very well. The automated updates, along with phone calls were a little much, but I'd rather have that than no progress reports at all. I would definitely use Gerber!
