Often times in life we can only find the bad. But as a business owner myself I think we should also find the good. Although my car has not been fixed yet. I am here to tell you that the reason I am having fixed at Gerber is not the price (you were not the cheapest) it is because of Gus. I have never been treated like I was when Gus welcomed me into your shop. His professionalism, and knowledge can only be surpassed by his personality. His new title should be " Manager Of First Impressions" you are lucky to have him.

I loved there service, everyone was super NICE. Sunny the Repair Supervisor keep me informed with everything that was going to be done with my car. Kevin the manager was very helpful with my rental car issue and they are just a butch of good people that love to take care of there customers.

Everyone at Gerber who assisted me with my collision repair did an excellent job. They were polite, efficient, and effective, and made the whole process go very smoothly. The car looks great! I would definitely recommend Gerber to others.

I RECENTLY HAD SOME REPAIR WORK DONE ON MY VEHICLE....SEVERAL WEEKS LATER A PART OF A DOOR HANDLE FELL OFF (NOT RELATED TO THE REPAIR WORK)..I OBTAINED THE DAMAGED PART AND ASKED YOUR DANIEL S TO REPLACE THE MISSING WHILE I WAITED DUE TO MY LIVING ALONG AND HANDICAPPED I HAD NO WAY OF LEAVING THE VEHICLE....HE TOLD ME TO WAIT AND WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME HE INFORMED THAT MY AUTO WAS READY TO GO...AT NO CHARGE!! THAT'S SERVICE! MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL IN TO DAY'S WORLD. THANK YOU FOR COMING TO GASTONIA...YOUR SERVICES WILL BE RECOMENDED TO MANY. THANK YOU!

It was not at fault on this wreck so I don't know the ins co. Suni did a great job of keeping me informed about what was going on with my car. She took good care of me. Tony and the guys did a great job of fixing my car. They totally matched the paint. The whole experience was great. This is the third time Gerber has fixed this car. I will keep coming back to them. Also I am an insurance agent and if someone comes to me and asked where the best place to get your car fixed. I always say Gerber. Thank You

Top notch services from Gerber Durham! I had dent on the rear of my Volvo that needed to be taken care of. I brought my car to Gerber collision here in Durham NC and they took care of everything for me. They contacted Enterprise car rental to make sure I was being picked up on the day I was leaving my car for repair. They got and stayed in contact with Liberty Mutual insurance without me having to be involved in any of these communication. They kept me up to date with the progress and I got my car back within a week. The repair is great, it is like the dent never happened. Absolutely painless process, Thanks

Very easy to work with. Highly attentive staff. I loved the updates from Sal that were texted over to me. I felt like I was kept in the loop regarding my car. When the car was finished Sal arranged to me to be picked up at home. Garrett was super nice, polite and a very good driver. Garrett did an awesome job cleaning my car as well. Over all I was very please and that is why we are repeat customers of Gerber Collision. Thank you so much my car is back as if nothing had happened to it. Love it!! You all rock. And the secretary was very kind and professional.

Gerber has been stellar from the very instant I drove into the Ice Drive shop to after delivery of the collision repair. Every member of the staff was attentive to my concerns, and kept me apprised of progress. Gerber was highly recommended. My recommendation is higher than that. The work was flawless, and the experience? I walked into Gerber as a guy needing help and left feeling like a king. And I mean it.
