The entire staff at gerber were outstanding, They were all very polite and professional and helped me greatly when I had my CRV repaired. I was very appreciative of them letting me know how the service was going on my vehicle and was thrilled when they completed it before the scheduled date first promised. Great job gerber Collision. Excellent service! I even went back to correct a minor adjustment with the repair - all corrected, quickly, and at no cost to me. While I was there, your technician Randi, said that he could polish my headlight lens so that the discoloration would be removed, and my lens would match the clarity of the other headlight, which happened to have a new lens as the result of the collision repair that you had done. It was done, at no charge, in a matter of minutes!! I will certainly recommend your services to any of my friends that need such services. I hope I do not need collision repairs in the future - but, if I do, you will be the ones I call.

The service is really good. But when you go for dropping the car you are treated like a god and when you go to pick it you are just like any other road side hunger man. She commits too many things at the drop but you only receive just the service.

My car was repaired by Gerber@255 East Parris Avenue, High Point, NC 27262. Prompt, customer-friendly, and efficient front staff. From the first phone call to the last handshake, the staff went the extra distance to turn an unpleasant collision event into a positive, "we will help you" interaction. These folks understand Customer Service. The repair workmanship was flawless! My car looks new! I especially liked the progress reports as work was being completed. But most noteworthy was after we agreed upon the work and delivery date, I was delighted to receive a phone call several days early announcing that my car had been repaired and was ready for pickup. This saved me many actual dollars as well as eliminating some major inconveniences. Thanks to all the team@Gerber !

I worked with Brad at Gerber and he was awesome!!! He provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to help me with this entire process. I just picked up my SUV and it looks great!
