SUV was ready before expected date . Professional work, looked like a new vehicle . Service was courteous , prompt . The vehicle was cleaned inside and out when finished . Service estimator drove me home when I could not get a ride .

Brad worked with me to repair my brand new 2014 Altima that was hit, causing me much stress. The quick manner in which Gerber got my car in, repaired and completed was wonderful- making a very stressful situation much more manageable. The customer service was great and as much as I do not want to be a repeat customer, I would not choose another location if the need did arise. I will also recommend this location highly to anyone I know. I appreciate Brads communication, honesty and professionalism. My car was restored impeccably and I am very grateful for the work Gerber provided. Thank you again.

We were surprised at how fast the service was and without any compromise to quality work. Our car had collision work and some restoration from rock damage and it looks amazingly brand new! We have had our share of paint work on vehicles over the years and Gerber is the best we've experienced. This location has the nicest people we have dealt with and living in Fayetteville that is refreshing! Jennifer W. was our estimator and she is polite, professional, and very knowlegeable. She doesn't give you a generic answer, she answers with great detail and you actually learn something! I had a scrathed up front bumper and fender from a tangle with a concrete column. Brian at the Ice Dr., Raleigh, NC location fixed me up good as new. I got a couple of quotes and thier quote was the best. A great, professional job, on time, and at a fair price! What's not to like?

Fabulous staff, Brian Lori ,and Steve couldn't have been any nicer or accommodating. Everyone was courteous and helpful and I would definitely recommend them. They did an excellent job on my Expedition, looks like new. After having my SUV hit by a delivery truck , what a pleasure it was to have Gerber handle the repairs.

I was pleased with my experience at Gerber. I received email updates throughout the process letting me know when my vehicle would be ready. I didn't have any issues with the location, and staff were very friendly and helpful. They had to extend the date that my vehicle would be ready and I found out when I called to verify the original date, which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Gerber did an excellent job repairing my 2011 Ford F-150 Platinum. The entire passenger side was damaged (both doors, truck cab, and bed). No one can tell what is original and what is repaired. Gerber even repaired pre-existing dents at no charge while my truck was in their care! I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber for auto body repairs.
