as soon as I entered the shop I felt very taken care of. Kevin D. was my go to service technician and went over the car's damage and what would be fixed. Gerber Collision kept me informed of the status of my car by calling me as well as letting me know the expected completion time. I never felt concern or unsure of the work being done, and when I went to pick up the car , Kevin D. was there to go over the work performed and the warranties that were included. I have nothing but praise for the work performed, for Gerber Collision and glass for their comprehensive coverage and for the employees who all seemed to want my satisfaction. Thank you Gerber.

I would like to thank Gerber Collision for the excellent job and service they provided in repairing my vehicle. Michael, Mallory and Leslie went above and beyond my expectation. They were so professional and friendly. I will recommend Gerber to all my friends, family and co-workers. I want especially thank Michael G. for calling Mr. T. in to clean my headlights for only $40 when others said they had to be replaced at over $400, they look like new. And lastly but certainly not least thank-you Leslie Jones for the kindness you showed my mom when we came by. My mom suffers from dementia but she is still talking about the lady that gave her candy. She can't remember your name but still remember the kind act. Thanks again for everything the vehicle looks great.
