Don M. was my Service Representative..and he was so interested in my Problem and made me feel so comfortable and assured that my problems were going to get excellent attention. He gave me and my car his full attention while I was talking. My car was repaired promptly, and I was given a Courtesy call I could come get it.. Mr. M. met me at the door and escorted me to my car and explained all the details to me and he walked me around my car for inspection and my satisfaction....I cannot recommend Gerber Collision enough and I hope all who visit a Gerber have a Don M. as their Rep. Thank you so very much

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. The staff is very friendly and responsive and my car looks immaculate. They even did a small repair to my bumper for free, which saved me hundreds of dollars. This is a service you never hope to need, but if I ever need a body shop in the future, I will not hesitate to come to Gerber.

Allison was a wonderful help to me. I had never had to have a claim before and she explained everything to me. The work that was done to my car was great, couldn't even tell anything had been done. I would recommend this place to people.

They did an excellent job on our prius. They pointed us towards the rental car coupon and did an amazing job keeping us updated on the timeframe and what was going on. The only thing We'd say could be improved upon is that they didnt know how to fix the hybrid part of our engine and as that becomes more common they should be equipped to handle it. Also, because they could not they had to send it someone else and that extended the time our car was in the shop by an extra week and a half. We are grateful they handled our rental car past the guaranteed date. We are over all very happy with the service received and the great customer service we received. We'd recommend them to others.

We were directed by Erie Insurance to get my daughter's car Toyota PRIUS repaired. I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited by Stephanie who handled the repairs. The car was fixed to our satisfaction and delivered to us as promised on time. I also had some work done on our LEXUS and wanted to thank her our taking care to get the job done.
