Fabulous staff, Brian Lori ,and Steve couldn't have been any nicer or accommodating. Everyone was courteous and helpful and I would definitely recommend them. They did an excellent job on my Expedition, looks like new. After having my SUV hit by a delivery truck , what a pleasure it was to have Gerber handle the repairs.

I was pleased with my experience at Gerber. I received email updates throughout the process letting me know when my vehicle would be ready. I didn't have any issues with the location, and staff were very friendly and helpful. They had to extend the date that my vehicle would be ready and I found out when I called to verify the original date, which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Gerber did an excellent job repairing my 2011 Ford F-150 Platinum. The entire passenger side was damaged (both doors, truck cab, and bed). No one can tell what is original and what is repaired. Gerber even repaired pre-existing dents at no charge while my truck was in their care! I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber for auto body repairs.

Stephanie helped me keep my costs down while choosing the important repairs to be done, since I was paying out of pocket. My car looked great when I picked it up and was very clean, inside and out. The paint job looks great and I don't see any signs of the damage that needed to be repaired. Having a free rental car for the week was a great help as well. I'll refer my friends and will return if I need any body work in future. Thank you!!!

This repair was to a truck tailgate and was not covered by insurance. The repair involved Linex spraying. While Gerber did their part beautifully and on schedule, Linex was 2 days later than they agreed upon. Kelly was really on top of them, making sure they did not take longer and got the repair completed when we needed it to be done. He and the entire staff are friendly and work very hard to provide a first rate product on a predictable schedule.
