I would like to thank all the people that were involved in the repairs, body work, paint on my 2014 GMC Truck. The truck was damaged extensively in an accident and they made it like new again. I'm impressed with their work. I also want to say Thanks to Jennifer Ward for all her hard work in making this experience more tolerable while the repairs were made. She kept me informed every week on the status of repairs. She was always professional and willing to take the time to share details of what was being done. She truly loves her job and strives to make sure all her customers are 100% satisfied. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing paint and body work. Ms. Kathy and Chuck were awesome! I appreciate the kindness they showed me throughout the entire process. Ms. Kathy is such an asset to your company and she treated me like family which means a lot to me. Also, Chuck really went out of his way to ensure my car was right. Even after I picked my car up the entire Gerber team made an effort to help me figure the smell coming from my AC vents. I can't thank them all enough for their great customer service.
