I had amazing service from this Collision Center! I worked with Jennifer W. and her customer care was outstanding! I've used this location for all my accidents and have had no issues or concerns! She worked well with me while I lived out of state to ensure my vehicle was properly taken care of! She always kept me informed of any issues that arose and worked back and forth with myself and my insurance company. When I had to order the rims out of pocket and had them shipped to Gerber, she made sure they were signed for and worked with USAA to ensure I was reimbursed for the cost of two of my rims. I have absolutely no complaints and was so thankful for her service to ensure I had my vehicle done in time since I lived out of state. The professional service I recievd at this body shop was superb. They were more concern not only of my repairs but whatever needs I might have. They where more concern for my repair needs than nationwide is on my side. Gerber was on my side but Nationwide was not. I am a retired soldier and I am proud to defend our country for a business like Gerber on 8813 ICE Drive. They are honest and caring but watch out for snakes like Nationwide!!

I am very pleased with the service that I received. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the car looks great. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my car was washed and vacuumed as well, awesome!

Excellent service!! All work completed on time and as planned. Since my car had to be in the shop a minimum of four days, Gerber Collision and Glass kept me updated on the progress. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate at all to use them again.
