I was contacted by the new manager of Gerber Collision and Glass after getting my car fixed after an accident almost a month ago. I was originally displeased with the service because when it was returned to me I was having issues with my muffler that I didn't have before I was rear ended in the accident. Vanessa contacted me and apologized for my inconvenience and asked if I would give them another chance so that may fix the issue. They set me up with a rental car and sent me on my way. A day later I received a phone call stating that my car had been finished. I am not sitting in the office filling out this review. I was told that a piece had been inserted wrong and that was the reason for the noise. I haven't even been in the car since its been fixed and I have full faith that I wont have any issues.

In life sometimes unexpected things happen like running into a deer, and when circumstances like this happen you want to make sure that not only yor vehicle but you are taken very well care of. Well Gerber Collision and Glass took very good care of us! The customer service was EXCELLENT!!! Having being a customer service manage before, I can say that Tawnya did an EXCELLENT job in serving us!!! She kept us informed up until our vehicle was complete!! I like the text messages that we recieved everyday too!! As a Army Veteran, I would recommend anyone who is looking to get thier vehicle repaired to come to Gerber Collision and Glass because of the Execellent Customer Service, Quick and Professional Service, and Relability!!

The staff was friendly and willing to work with my schedule for both drop off and pick up. My bumper looks great, nobody would even know I was hit from behind. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get body work in the triangle!

From the minute I walked into the Gerber facility I was treated with the highest level of customer service I had ever experienced. The Gerber representatives took over my case immediately, called my insurance company and made arrangements with them for the repairs and a rental car. They then arranged for my rental car. I only sat in the waiting room after making myself a cup of coffee and watched them do their magic. I had never experienced this level of customer service before from other auto body repair company. Pam, Scott and Ken performed above and beyond what I would of expected, explained the entire process and what I was to expect during the process and took all the stress of the experience from me and handled everything for me.
