Brian (Gen Mgr) was professional and quickly took care of my concern. Raz (Tech) reattached the corner of my front bumper and the underpinning in less than 10 minutes. It looked brand new and I am very pleased with their customer and technical service.

I was pleased with the service that was provided. The company was able to clearly communicate and keep me informed on current updates regarding to the status of my vehicle. All of the employees that I delt with were competent and ere able to provide an abundant amount of information. If there is a time that I need to have work done on another vehicle, I will be returning to "Gerber" again.

My vehicle was damaged in an ice storm. The damages seemed irreparable. That was before Gerber Collision in Concord NC got a hold of it. They did a great job on all the repairs. They even saved us money on the rental because the estimated time to get the repairs completed was cut in half. The customer service representative called me twice a week and provided an update on the repairs; she also worked with the rental car company to pick me up when I dropped the car off. Great person and the best I have worked with. Thank you for getting my car back on the road...

Gerber Collision & Glass in Concord NC is a place that makes you feel good the moment you walk into the building. The customer service representative maintains communications with you and the work is flawless. They take the time to make sure everything is in order when they return your car and the clean it as well. I have referred several individuals to this establishment and I continue to refer more. Gerber repaired my car four months ago following a rear end collision and restored my car as good as new. The repair was perfect. Just recently, I ran into a ditch while attempting to avoid a deer and sustained damage when the rear bumber guard was pulled off the vehicle as it slid into the muddy ditch. Again, Gerber fixed the car as good as new. I have the highest respect for the quality of the repair and the professionalism of the staff at Gerber. I have subsequently referred co-workers and friends to Gerber. I hope I don't need them again, especially so soon, but if I sustain damage to my car again, I would take it to Gerber.
