Great customer service!! From the minute that I walked in the door, I knew that I had chosen the right repair shop to fix my damaged vehicle. When I arrived at the shop to pick it up, Mona knew me by name, which is very impressive. I did not feel like just a number, but a friend. This was by far and away the best service that I have gotten for my vehicle in 12 years of owning it. The people of Gerber were swift and efficient from top to bottom. I got my appraisal and dropped my vehicle off, all in the same day. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always helpful. Best service, best staff. I hope every Gerber has staff like this one. Never going anywhere else if I can help it.

My repair was unusual in that it was a roof replacement after a tree fell on it. The service manager Brett B. kept me informed of the progress throughout and was quick to let me know of any issues. The completed repair looks awesome!

I took my car to Gerber literally right after my accident. They were so very, very helpful with everything I needed. Mallory called me twice a week to give me updates on the repair, and when I picked up my car, I could hardly believe it! It looked better than when I bought it (used)! The repairs were done so well, the customer service was excellent, and their attitude to help really is a rare find!
