The extremely friendly service staff really WOW'd me! They made me feel at home and answered any questions that I had. Got my car back to me very quickly and even followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly. Another perk was the free car wash and vacuumed carpets. I will continue using Gerber in Gastonia and refer this location to anyone I know.

This is the third time my family has had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Gerber's Collision & Glass. Each trip was professionally & courteously! Office staff is tremendous, answered questions and keep me up to date in progress of work. The cars wee delivered back sometimes cleaner then we left them. The craftsmanship is great and the work was done in a timely manor! Would not hesitate to recommend to family or friends!

By necessity of events rather than my own personal choosing, I had the opportunity to once again utilize the services of Gerber in Greensboro, NC. Again, it was a very pleasant and painless experience, from the initial appointment, through the arrangement of a rental vehicle, and the subsequent repairs which were accomplished flawlessly. My thanks and gratitude go out to Michael G. and his staff for taking care of all the details and getting the work done!!! Also, even though initially it was estimated that the work would take more than 2 weeks, I was pleasantly surprised when I got a phone call just 7 days after I took the vehicle in notifying me that it was ready. Wouldn't use any other repair or glass facility in the Greensboro, NC area other than Gerber on Sunshine Way.

I can't say enough nice things about the service I received at Gerber. They were professional, fair, helpful, reasonable, and even sympathetic right when I needed a little human understanding. They bent over backwards to help me through what otherwise would have been a difficult and unpleasant situation, and minimized inconvenience to my family by offering such a quick turnaround on repairs. The repairs seem flawless, and I'm thankful to have the opportunity for a positive outcome, thanks to Brian and his staff.
