Excellent service...and fast too!! Took care of significant front left damage from a deer strike in just 5 working days. They kept me very well informed of the status of repairs, and we were very pleased with the results.

Best customer service I have ever received at a body repair shop. I never expected to have updates throughout the repair process and I was thoroughly impressed with the communication by Tom. I have lived in Fayetteville for over 20 years now, and I have had to use the collision shops of Ski's Auto World and Hamont Body Works, both of which I have always been very, very satisfied and would use again, even now. Gerber, in comparison, has been faster, more communicative, and clearly determined to provide the best customer service. Jennifer Ward and Brittany are incredibly competent, professional women, who, I think, are the backbone of this Fayetteville store. They treat customers with kindness, and they clearly know their auto collision data. My car had an issue with the new bumper fit, and rather than settle for the after market bumper, which had already been painted, Ms. W. advised me to use the OER model. All around wonderful service. Gerber and USAA worked together and kept me in the loop. All I had to do was drop off and pick up the car for my repair. Staff was very professional and nice which made the experience go very smoothly. I would highly recommend Gerber which was referred to me thru my insurance. . Great work and service. Thank you for the help. Oh.... and the car looked fantastic.

Dealing with Gerber Collision was far easier than dealing with Progressive insurance. My car was damage by someone with Progressive Insurance. After two weeks of run around, I agree to have Progressive pick out the repair center. Your location from Charlotte was not too far away. I received clear instruction on how to get to the repair center. As soon as I arrived I was promptly help. I notice your repair center was clean and well orginized. My car was ready on the day you informed me it would be ready. What I like the most was you had my car park out front for all to see. You were as proud of your work as I was. Your shop did a great job. I have even received complements that my car look like new when I drove it back to work. Thank you for a job well done.

In addition the experience with the staff at Gerber, especially Mona S., who checked me in and kept me appraised of progress, was just great.
