Joe from Gerber called every week to give me an update on my car repair. They explained the difference in painting the bumper and the door. They had my rental delivered to me at the body shop. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had my car cleaned inside too when I picked it up! Excellent service compared to other places I've been. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family! Keep up the good work!

Unmatched customer service. I've (unfortunately) dealt with collision companies in the past, and the experience with Gerber in High Point was off the charts. Twice per week I'd receive updates on my vehicle's progress, and the car was complete over a week before the expected date. Looked brand new, and was even vacuumed and polished on the inside and out. Getting in an accident is never fun, especially when you aren't at fault, but Gerber Collision of High Point made the experience as pleasant as it possibly could have been. Can't thank them enough!
