The work was ready quicker than I expected, Gerber staff were very responsive to me, and the quality of work was great! I will recommend Gerber to others (and particularly the Garner, NC location. I also want to recognize Mr. Sun for the extremely helpful service he provided.

Awesome!!! I was rearended in my KIA on I-440 and knew my car was going to be total lose but I was assured by Frank at Gerber that they would be able to repair my vehicle and they did just that. Frank kept me informed about my vehicle repairs at all times notifing me about 1-2 times a week. They worked with my insurance company and I didn't have to worry about a thing. My car looks like new they even were able to buff out a scratch I had from what looked like a shopping cart, just wonderful workmenship. The staff were friendly and courteous just an overall awesome team.

I have used this location of Gerber Collision & Glass on two different occasions. The service was outstanding. Estimates were prepared in less than 24 hours. The car waited for parts for only a couple of days the first time and was taken immediately the second time. Managers and employees were courteous and efficient. I received feedback on nearly a daily basis. The work was completed as scheduled both times. Workmanship was excellent. The experience both times exceeded my expectations. It is also a comfort to have the National Lifetime Repair Guarantee. This location is rated high by Allstate.

They kept me well informed through out the whole process with text and phone calls to let me know the process they were at while working on my my vehicle. they defiantly deserve a 5 star rating i just got my car back yesterday. and from the moment i dropped my car off they were polite and very professional. they stated they would call me and keep me updated on my car while they had it, and they did. they gave me a estimated time of pick up and they were spot on with that as-well as did an amazing job at fixing the damage. and when i picked the car u i almost didn't now it was my car they detailed it better then a dealership does a new car. so thank you gerber and all the employees who showed professionalism, and out standing customer service, will diffidently recommend you guys to anyone.

The customer service was top notch - Tawnya L. was extremely helpful, responsive and even took the time to go over each repair performed on the car. The text messages that provided updates also was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this team to my friends/family.
