My vehicle was damaged in an ice storm. The damages seemed irreparable. That was before Gerber Collision in Concord NC got a hold of it. They did a great job on all the repairs. They even saved us money on the rental because the estimated time to get the repairs completed was cut in half. The customer service representative called me twice a week and provided an update on the repairs; she also worked with the rental car company to pick me up when I dropped the car off. Great person and the best I have worked with. Thank you for getting my car back on the road...

Gerber Collision & Glass in Concord NC is a place that makes you feel good the moment you walk into the building. The customer service representative maintains communications with you and the work is flawless. They take the time to make sure everything is in order when they return your car and the clean it as well. I have referred several individuals to this establishment and I continue to refer more. Great job Concord!!!!

Gerber repaired my car four months ago following a rear end collision and restored my car as good as new. The repair was perfect. Just recently, I ran into a ditch while attempting to avoid a deer and sustained damage when the rear bumber guard was pulled off the vehicle as it slid into the muddy ditch. Again, Gerber fixed the car as good as new. I have the highest respect for the quality of the repair and the professionalism of the staff at Gerber. I have subsequently referred co-workers and friends to Gerber. I hope I don't need them again, especially so soon, but if I sustain damage to my car again, I would take it to Gerber.

Awesome job by the team. I was shocked to have gotten my vehicle back in 4 days when I was told it would be 7. They stayed in contact with me from the day I dropped off the vehicle and wasn't bothered by me calling to do my own check up. I didn't know what to expect as the finish product but the vehicle doesn't look like any damage occurred. The job was beyond my expectations. I will always choose Gerber for any of my repairs

Having utilized the same Gerber service before, I had high expectations. They did not disappoint me! Harris and Jessica were more than fair, honest and dependable in working with us. They have always been extremely courteous and professional. Even though, I recommend them highly to anyone needing colllision repair, I do hope I do not have to visit them again any time in the near future! Thank you again to both of them for such great hospitality and great detail to car repairs!
