Mr. M. and Mis. P. were very professional every time I talked with them. They kept me well informed through out the whole process with text and phone calls to let me know the process they were at while working on my my vehicle. In a way I felt like I was there only customer. I would recommend this office highly for the way they made the process so EZ from start to finish. They surpassed my expectations with the repair. When I arrived @ Gerber, I received such a warm welcome. They were eager to help. Kevin, my estimater, was awesome! He explained my estimate in detailed. My vehicle was ready in the time frame they told me. I was completely satisfied with the work. I highly recommend them to anybody. My vehicle looked great!

they defiantly deserve a 5 star rating i just got my car back yesterday. and from the moment i dropped my car off they were polite and very professional. they stated they would call me and keep me updated on my car while they had it, and they did. they gave me a estimated time of pick up and they were spot on with that as-well as did an amazing job at fixing the damage. and when i picked the car u i almost didn't now it was my car they detailed it better then a dealership does a new car. so thank you gerber and all the employees who showed professionalism, and out standing customer service, will diffidently recommend you guys to anyone.

Gerber Collision did an Outstanding job (5 Stars) with handling the repairs to my car. The customer service was top notch - Tawnya L. was extremely helpful, responsive and even took the time to go over each repair performed on the car. The text messages that provided updates also was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this team to my friends/family.

They even called the rental car company to have them come and pick me up and take me to get a rental car (Enterprise, whom I was also completely satisfied with, and I hope you continue to partner with them!). It was a smooth and easy process. I felt valued, and prioritized as a customer. I was completely satisfied with their quality of work, their customer service, and their timeliness of getting my car repaired. I will diffinetely be WRECK-ommending them to everyone I know for their repairs. Thank you Gerber for all your hard work!

thanks the mechanic who worked on my care.I came on a mornin when there was snow all around and my car got struck in the driveway.The Mechanic helped me get my car out and was very concerned how i would o back home after i leave my car for repair.The prompt text messages were great and everything was done on time,smoothly and very well managed system.I would recommend Gerber collision to my friends and would use them for future also.
