I want to take this time out of my schedule and give great thanks to Mr. Sabas Ernesto O. and Mrs. Jennifer W. for doing such an excellent job with my 2006 Nissan Titan. Mr. Sabas Ernesto O. ensured me that Gerber Collision would restore my 2006 Nissan Titan front end to its normal condition. Upon my arrival at Gerber Collision and Glass, Mr. Sabas Ernesto O. greeted me with the utmost respect, professionalism and customer services. I am a 30 year Military Veteran, which I have traveled around the globe, but I must say this? The Customer Services which was render to me by Mr. Sabas Ernesto O., and his staff at Gerber Collision & Glass was most magnificent. I was somewhat leery at first, but Mr. Sabas Ernesto O. ensured me that there was nothing to worry about and that everything would be fine.Mr. Sabas Ernesto O., inspected my vehicle ... from front to rear too make sure there wasn't any other damage, to include structural damage. Mr. Sabas Ernesto Orellana walked me through the complete process regarding the timeframe of the parts, and where the parts were being ship and receive. Mr. Sabas Ernesto Orellana, provided me with a timeline of completion of my 2006 Nissan Titan. I received an update every two days from Sabas or Jennifer, which to include emails regarding the status of my vehicle. Gerber Collision & Glass set the BAR regarding the way Customers Services and Professionalism should be conducted. I am 100% SOLD on Gerber Collision Glass because in my book, they are a First Class Auto Body Collision Repair.On the day I secured my 2006 Nissan, Jennifer and Savaas made sure I understood the warranty and gave me proper instructions on what and what not do with my vehicle. Mr. Sabas Ernesto O., went over the process and pointed out the parts, which was replace and the steps and process, which it took to make my 2006 Nissan Titan to its original factory conditions. Mr. Sabas Ernesto O., also informed me about the Tire Pressure Warning light and provided me information where to service the Tire Pressure Warning Light. Right then and there I knew this was an A+ organization because Mr. Sabas Ernesto O. ensured me that he and his Staff had my best interest. Once again, I am truly satisfied with the services, which were performed on my 2006 Nissan Titan. I will most definitely recommend a friend or a neighbor to Gerber Auto Body & Glass. Perhaps, I need future Auto & Body repairs I will most definitely return to Gerber Collision and Glass. I gave Gerber Collision and Glass a 5 Star Rating and I gave Mr. Sabas Ernesto O., Mrs. Jennifer W., and all their Staff Members a 5 Star Rating as well. read more

I had an awesome experience at Gerber Collision and Glass. From the moment I called and made an appointment to when I walked in to when I got my car back, I appreciated the customer service and everything was taken care of. The repairs were amazing, above my expectations and it was done really quickly which helped out a lot. Overall it was excellent!

Service was EXCELLENT. I was able to get my vehicle in right away. The time in the shop was short for needed repairs and the daily updates were beneficial to help manage my daily needs while pending repair was being completed. The staff was very friendly and helpful to answer my questions.

The work was ready quicker than I expected, Gerber staff were very responsive to me, and the quality of work was great! I will recommend Gerber to others (and particularly the Garner, NC location. I also want to recognize Mr. Sun for the extremely helpful service he provided.

Awesome!!! I was rearended in my KIA on I-440 and knew my car was going to be total lose but I was assured by Frank at Gerber that they would be able to repair my vehicle and they did just that. Frank kept me informed about my vehicle repairs at all times notifing me about 1-2 times a week. They worked with my insurance company and I didn't have to worry about a thing. My car looks like new they even were able to buff out a scratch I had from what looked like a shopping cart, just wonderful workmenship. The staff were friendly and courteous just an overall awesome team.

I have used this location of Gerber Collision & Glass on two different occasions. The service was outstanding. Estimates were prepared in less than 24 hours. The car waited for parts for only a couple of days the first time and was taken immediately the second time. Managers and employees were courteous and efficient. I received feedback on nearly a daily basis. The work was completed as scheduled both times. Workmanship was excellent. The experience both times exceeded my expectations. It is also a comfort to have the National Lifetime Repair Guarantee. This location is rated high by Allstate.
