I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gerber Collision and Glass. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and my car ended up looking better than it did even before my collision. But what I was most impressed with was their line of communication. I was kept up to date on the status of my car throughout the whole process, and no stone was left in-turned. I will definitely be recommending Gerber to anyone I know who needs automotive help!

Gerber Collision far exceeded my expectations. I give them 110% satisfaction on the service they provided me. The receptionist was professional & the est appt she arranged w/ Frank Rochelle occurred on time. I'm confined to a motorized wheelchair. Frank recognized the fact that I was dependent on my van and was able to work me into the shop schedule. I already have & will continue to highly recommend Gerber.

The repairs on my vehicle were completed several days earlier than the estimated time, which was appreciated. The service manager was not satisfied with the detailing work that was performed and ensured that it was done properly before I picked up my vehicle. The staff was extremely flexible and accommodating. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment to get an estimate the day after the accident happened. This sped up the repair process and helped minimize impacts to my work schedule. I am give four rather than five stars because I am not 100% sure if the driver's door opens and closes quite like it did before the accident.

Very good service. It took awhile to get the car in, but once there, they did a fine job. Brian even offered to repair and paint an additional nasty scrape at no cost. You'd never know anything happened to my car. I'm very pleased. Would use them anytime there is a need. Which I hope is never!

I would like to thank the staff at gerber collision for a job well done in a timely fashion and consistent updates. Brian B. and the staff were great to work with. I also received a very reasonable rate with Enterprise rental for a car through them. The weather did not cooperate here in Raleigh last week and was told by Brian that there was a slight weather related delay, which was understandable. One minor issue was when I went in for initial est with Brian, I asked if he could repair a minor ding on rear door caused by wreckless driver in a parking lot. He said he could touch that up in a jiffy but I failed to remind him about it and may have to stop by to get est to touch up but it was a very minor issue. I will recommend Gerber collision at every opportunity and once again thank you for the great service
