Clelia started our estimate and thought a technician could buff the damage out. Todd, the technician, was able to buff out the minor damage with no charge to the insurance company. Great service, and great customer service.

I was guided to have my car looked at by Gerber collision by my insuranec carrier. The estimator I was working with was Frank Rochelle. He was courteous and extremely helpful. After assessing the damage, he took the car in back to have a repair technician "free" the door from binding on opening and closing. My car had been hit while parked and the driver front door and left front quarter panel was binding on opening the door. Tang was the technician's name and he was able to adjust the front quarter panel, and buffed where the edges had been rubbing in about 5 minutes. Exceptional results and outstanding service with no further repairs required. I will happily tell others about what a positive experience this was. I am glad I chose to have my car repaired at Gerber collision. I am extremely happy with my experience. I am impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Everyone I interacted with was always nice and very helpful. I am exceptionally pleased with how helpful my Estimator Brittnye M. was. She kept me informed with everything that was being done to my vehicle at all times and was very reassuring. She has such a delightful attitude and was wonderful to have her help me through this uneventful situation. I will be recommending Gerber collision to all my friends and family in case they ever need vehicle repairs. Thanks for great customer service and a friendly and helpful staff.
