The first time my car was taken to this Gerber (September 14) it was because my insurance company told me where it had to go immediately after an accident. My car had to have a relatively major repair (I got rear ended). They had my car for a little less than a month but kept me informed the whole time and did a fantastic job. I was impressed that they got the back end of my car looking like brand new. This is the second time my car has been to Gerber on Bragg Blvd. This time however I asked for this specific shop based on the great work they did on my car in September. This time was a small repair and was done really quickly. They had my car back to me in a little over a day. Work was completed in 3.5 days, and Andrew and the staff at the Gastonia shop were great at keeping me informed of progress with my vehicle. My vehicle looked great when I picked it up - like new!!

The general manager, and all employees at Gerber Collision and Glass went far above and beyond to make the auto body repair process as smooth as possible. They were professional, personable, and genuine. I was so happy with the work done, my car looks better than it did before and the work was completed in the time they promised it and done well. I am definitely going to recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone who needs auto body work. Could not be more happy with the experience.
