Wow....what excellent customer service! I had a small incident coming from Virginia and thought my vehicle may need repaired. Ms. Clelia Pirro had the body shop mechanic come out to the parking lot and he popped the piece right back in place....free of charge. Can't any better than that! Thank you Gerber!

Wow.... Literally the best customer service I could have asked for! I'm not just saying that either! They go way above and beyond the typical collision care standard. Brittney from Gerber Collision quite literally saved me at least $1000 just from my deductible! I had a great experience giving this company my business... although I hope I don't have to in the future =P 1000% RECOMMENDED!

Not only was my service flawless from my very first estimate to the completion of the job but the staff was extremely helpful. I had an issue that was completely unrelated to their service with my oil and they were kind enough to send someone to go get me 2 quarts of oil they put in so I could safely get my car serviced at the dealership without causing any damage to my car. I would highly recommend but their quality and customer service and shit I need help in the future I will definitely be going to them!!!
