Don't know where to begin as it was all great! Wrecked my Expedition on a snowy day, rashye took vehicle right in, got my rental all set up and I was on my way! I was updated the whole time by text and Rashey, I even dropped in a few times to see how things were going and they treated me like royalty. I was able to go in the shop and talk to the techs, by the way which did an excellent job on repairing my Expedition, from repairs to paint to clean up. My wife was not happy I smashed the car, but atleast Gerber made it a great experience and my wife is happy too! THANK YOU!!!

My experience with Gerber was fantastic! Lori D. was particularly helpful in working with my insurance company and making sure that the repairs to my car happened painlessly. Having just moved to the Raleigh area from upstate NY, I was thrilled to find a company that I can truly trust with my car repairs. Lori made it so easy to work with the repair shop in NY and my insurance to make sure that the repairs were made under warranty. I don't know what I would've done without them! I highly recommend Gerber for any of your auto repair needs. They are a group you can truly trust.

This is the second time in a very short period that I have had to have my vehicle repaired. To be honest, I had never even heard of your company. The service was just outstanding!! The 3 employees that I had contact with were just great, Doug in the parts department went out of his way to help me, he gave me rides to and from my home both times I used your company for repairs for my vehicle. Karen and Heather who wrote the estimates and arranged to get my vehicle fixed and kept me updated were just awesome. These people have made me a Gerber customer for life.

I went there with out an appointment. Got an estimate from Butch, I believe his name was , very friendly and wrote up the estimate explaining everything, what,how and why the repair was to be done. Very good customer service, they even laughed at my jokes ! I'm not one for making myself clear when writing but they did one heck of a job. Can't even tell where the repair was or even if there was a repair.

I was very impressed with Kelley F. handling of gathering the information needed to have my car repaired. Kelley kept me informed of what they were doing, the cost of the repair and when the car would be ready for me to pick up.
