When we got the approval from the insurance company that we could get our car fixed the staff was really quick and friendly to get it done correctly the first time. The staff kept us up to date with all of the repairs that was going on as well and they were able to get our car back 5 days earlier than we where told. I don't know about you but I call that prime service!

We were thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the prompt service and the excellent customer service extended to us during this experience. Randy and the desk Assistant went over and above the expected service and extended a warm welcome during this ordeal. Randy explained the problem and gave the solution and outcome. The Assistant called the car rental and we did not have to do anything. It was one of our best experience, especially since this was my 1st collision in 50 years of driving. Thank you for hiring people that is genuinely concern about the customers they serve and enjoy their jobs.

I recently moved to the Clayton area and during the move my vehicle was struck by the moving company. I was directed to the Gerber Collision & Glass by my company and it was a great experience. Corin gave me updates throughout the entire process and the repairs were completed on schedule. I would definitely recommend The Garner facility to anyone of my colleagues if they are in an accident.

My car needed a new rear bumper, was told it would take a day for repair. I dropped it off that morning was called before noon can pick car up at three o'clock same day. Service was fast, courteous, and the cost was the least of 3 other shops. Pleased with work, would recommend to others.

Staff very helpful in setting up an appointment. I was kept up to date about the cost of the repair and the timeline to repair my vehicle. We went on vacation and the store kept my car locked up in their facility for me until we returned. Everything was handled as promised. Thank you.

Wow....what excellent customer service! I had a small incident coming from Virginia and thought my vehicle may need repaired. Ms. Clelia Pirro had the body shop mechanic come out to the parking lot and he popped the piece right back in place....free of charge. Can't any better than that! Thank you Gerber!
