From the moment I walked in the door, they treated me like I was the only client they had. the service step by step. they made sure that my car was taking care of in time, and it look awesome. the people was very nice and made sure I was in my rental in no time. Wow.... Literally the best customer service I could have asked for! I'm not just saying that either! They go way above and beyond the typical collision care standard. Brittney from Gerber Collision quite literally saved me at least $1000 just from my deductible! I had a great experience giving this company my business... although I hope I don't have to in the future =P 1000% RECOMMENDED!

Not only was my service flawless from my very first estimate to the completion of the job but the staff was extremely helpful. I had an issue that was completely unrelated to their service with my oil and they were kind enough to send someone to go get me 2 quarts of oil they put in so I could safely get my car serviced at the dealership without causing any damage to my car. I would highly recommend but their quality and customer service and shit I need help in the future I will definitely be going to them!!!

The staff at Gerber Collision was considerate, polite.and professional. My car was ready a day before we thought it would be, and the repair work was exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised to find it had been cleaned both inside and out. I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone who needs the services.

I have a 2005 toyota tocoma and the head lights were hazed over real bad went to dealer to get new ones ,when i saw the price of them i changed my mind about new ones.a freind said to check out gerber collision & glass on ice dr.in north raleigh. They did his lights and he loved what they did. I gave them a call to get them to look at my head lights they said to come by any time. I stopped by a few days later, they said they could fix them and would take about two hours so two days latter i dropped it off around 9 and at 11:15 i got the call and said it was done and i could come get any time and when i picked it up ,the head lights didnt look like my old ones they looked brand new and the price was about 1/3 of price of new lights. I highly recommend the serice that gerber collision did for me

I just got my car back today and it looks as good as new,. My Allstate insurance adjuster highly recommended Gerber for my BMW after I kissed a guardrail, and I am so glad he did. Kelly F kept me up to date on the status and progress of my car every week. I can't thank the staff of Gerber enough for their professionalism and great work.

I recently took my 2013 Honda Pilot into Gerber Collision to repair a rear bumper and door after my wife was rear ended in a parking lot in Raleigh. From the very beginning I was greeted with excellent customer service from both Charlotte and Frank at the Ice Drive location in Raleigh. Frank handled my repair and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get my car repaired in time for an out of town trip over Easter Weekend! Charlotte did a great job explaining the paperwork as well as how to follow up post repair should it be required. Great service and professionalism all the way around!
