My car was repaired in 1 1/2 days and they called and kept me up to date on everything that was going on with the car, etc. They did most of the communication with the insurance company (Farm Bureau), which was great. Charlotte, at the front desk, was a doll and Brian even put my car seat back in my car for me and made sure I knew everything about the new paint, etc. I would definitely use Gerber and this location again. THANKS for doing a beautiful job on the repair and getting it done so quickly!

I have had Gerber fix our vehicles a couple of times for body work. They have always done a really good job. My last visit was for a quick touch up and they were very busy, but the manager John went above and beyond to help me. He was very professional and extremely helpful. Gerber Collision has a superior captain running the Huntersville, NC location.

Mallory M. and Leslie at the front desk make working with Gerber a breeze. This time was private pay and Mallory and Leslie worked with me to get my car back on the road. It was completed in 3 days, which surprised me. The free car rental was a wonderful bonus and very helpful. I'll be recommending Gerber to other folks.
