Todd and Clelia were amazing. I had an appointment at 1130 and was seen right when I walked in the door. I had scratches on my car that were immediately serviced by Todd. Due to an unfortunate incident in our driveway, my wife and I had two vehicles that required significant repair. We stopped at Gerber in Holly Springs, NC and spoke with Pam, explained that the only two vehicles that we had were both damaged and that we needed at least my wife's vehicle repaired as soon as possible. From that moment on Pam was terrific in getting us in as quickly as possible. Additionally, Rodney was assigned to us to provide us estimates and explained in great detail the entire process, and the cost. Rodney and Pam, communicated with us at every development, and provided updated information on when the vehicles would be repaired. Pam also, provided us information about their free rental car coupon, which was helpful during the overlapping time that both of our vehicles were in the shop. Insurance was national general for real end; personal responsibility for the front end bumper. Excellent clean work, finished earlier than expected.. Very personal on arrival. My wife had a little rear end bumper. We will be using Gerber for that. Do not wish to check other shops; very satisfied with the service.

The entire staff did a excellent job on repair my 2013 Ford Escape. They also completed the work in the 11 days they said it would take. When I picked up my car, it looks better than new with the great paint and detailing they did. Corin was great and she kept me informed of the process in a timely manner.

My experience at the Garner location was wonderful from scheduling my appointment to final pick up. All the employees with Gerber Collision were customer service oriented. It is obvious that Gerber has given each employee the tools to be the BEST. I would recommend this Gerber location to everyone. The experience of their team both front end and back end was awesome. I worked directly with Molly, Danielle, AJ, Kevin and Sonny and all I can say is, "Hats off to all of them for such a great experience". Their customer service was incredible!
