I felt as though I was taken care of the way I hope that my children would be taken care of in the event they needed service. my truck was taken in and repaired to like new and returned to me in a days time. You guys define professionalism! I was greeted warmly and listened to without distraction. You explained everything from parts used to insurance payment/reimbursement to timeline. I was kept notified along the way how the work was progressing. Check out was a breeze and even offered to come get me from the rental office if they were jammed with clients! AAA+!

Overall very good experience with Gerber in Holly Springs NC. Made an appointment and Gerald provided an estimate and explained the process of the repair. Called me twice during the week to let me know where they were in the process. I got my car back a day earlier than initially expected, The repair was excellent as well as the customer service. I would recommend the Holly Springs location to anyone needing collision repair.
