Excellent service - great customer interface. Clear communications, beat their own deadlines to return the car.34 days ahead of schedule. One additional and noteworthy item - the manager suggested we pay to have the headlights buffed and clear coated - renew their look. OUTSTANDING idea - it looked like a new car - worth the money! I was able to bring home a car that looked so much better than before. SMART MOVE! Made me a hero at home!

Gerber was reccomended to me after my car accident by a coworker. I was more than pleased with everything about them! The staff (especially Pam and Kelly) were more than accommodating and genuinely happy to make my experience with them a good one. The repair on my car (back bumper) was also wonderful and looked like it did when I got it from the dealer. I know who I will take my car to for now on if I ever need collision repair again and I will most definitely pass a positive word along about what great work and customer service they provide!

On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being absolute best, my experience with Gerber was an 11+! It was so refreshing to experience customer service done right! As a customer, you are their first priority and it is obvious. From my initial consultation/estimate to scheduling repairs to picking up my vehicle after repairs- the service and communication was stellar! I received daily updates and the work was completed well before the "promised" completion date. The quality of their work was beyond my expectations. I am extremely impressed with this business and will, without a doubt, refer family and friends here for any glass or collision repairs. Gerber turned a very unpleasant situation (collision) into a very pleasant repair experience! Thank you Gerber (Leslie, Mallory and Craig)!! You guys are fantastic!

The customer service was beyond great. In a day where no one seems to know what customer service is, Gerber has the market on it. I was treated so respectfully, continually kept informed on the progress of my repair and never felt like my business was not important. I would recommend Gerber far above any business similar to this. Maybe you guys should teach customer service to other businesses. It is a lost art, but not at Gerber. And Grayson was amazing as your representative. He took excellent car of me and made sure I was always in the loop. Thanks!!
