Wow!!! I took my 2007 Volvo into have the Headlight Covers buffed to make them clear again. I was a bit concerned, because I never had this done before? But my night driving was really becoming affected by the cloudy covers. I had a morning appointment with them, and they had it during the work day. When I went to pick it up I saw it parked in their lot, and Wow! were they shiny !!!! It really makes a difference !! I highly recommend having your cloudy headlight covers buffed out for not only the beauty of the car over all, but because it is an added safety feature !!! Great job Gerber!! thanks for the complimentary WASH too !!!! loved it !

Great experience. Was treated well through the entire process. Frank kept me up to date , made sure I understood what was being done to my car. Laurie was fantastic, very friendly and very organized. Had everything ready at pick up, even offered to return my rental car. Highly recommended.

Todd and Clelia were amazing. I had an appointment at 1130 and was seen right when I walked in the door. I had scratches on my car that were immediately serviced by Todd. Due to an unfortunate incident in our driveway, my wife and I had two vehicles that required significant repair. We stopped at Gerber in Holly Springs, NC and spoke with Pam, explained that the only two vehicles that we had were both damaged and that we needed at least my wife's vehicle repaired as soon as possible. From that moment on Pam was terrific in getting us in as quickly as possible. Additionally, Rodney was assigned to us to provide us estimates and explained in great detail the entire process, and the cost. Rodney and Pam, communicated with us at every development, and provided updated information on when the vehicles would be repaired. Pam also, provided us information about their free rental car coupon, which was helpful during the overlapping time that both of our vehicles were in the shop.
