Insurance was national general for real end; personal responsibility for the front end bumper. Excellent clean work, finished earlier than expected.. Very personal on arrival. My wife had a little rear end bumper. We will be using Gerber for that. Do not wish to check other shops; very satisfied with the service.

The entire staff did a excellent job on repair my 2013 Ford Escape. They also completed the work in the 11 days they said it would take. When I picked up my car, it looks better than new with the great paint and detailing they did. Corin was great and she kept me informed of the process in a timely manner.

My experience at the Garner location was wonderful from scheduling my appointment to final pick up. All the employees with Gerber Collision were customer service oriented. It is obvious that Gerber has given each employee the tools to be the BEST. I would recommend this Gerber location to everyone. The experience of their team both front end and back end was awesome. I worked directly with Molly, Danielle, AJ, Kevin and Sonny and all I can say is, "Hats off to all of them for such a great experience". Their customer service was incredible!
