Excellent customer service and follow-up. Brittnye and the team far exceeded our expectations: they under promised (3-4 days) and over delivered (just barely 1). I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone I know looking. The truck looks great and I enjoyed her sense of humor too.

This is our third time dealing with Gerber and every service they did to our cars were phenomenal.. On this last visit this past week, Brittnye kept us informed of what the status of our car was. The associates we dealt with are all friendly , from the receptionist to the GM. The job on the car was done properly. I highly recommend them to my friends.

This is the fourth time I've had my car fixed at this Gerber location. I came here for the first time because my insurance company referred me. I came back because the service is good and the repair word was excellent. Frank in particular has been very helpful and answered all my questions. He made the experience pleasant which was quite an accomplishment considering I'd just been in a car accident.

The team at Gerber did an amazing job! Pam and Gerald were very helpful and considerate of my situation. When I told them that I was paying for my rental car out of pocket, they both went above and beyond. Pam took the time to find me a coupon for 5 free days of a rental car, and she made the arrangements for Enterprise to pick me up. Gerald did an excellent job in communicating with me throughout the process and pushed his team to get my car back to me earlier than estimated. When the work was done, my car looked amazing! They even covered up some existing scratches when doing the painting.

Gerber Collision was very easy to deal with. When I arrived with my vehicle I was met with the rental company with the rental car. Gerber contacted me as scheduled and gave me an estimate of when my car would be repaired. The repair was done on the day it was scheduled to be. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing repair work.

Work is superb! Gerber recommended by my insurer, USAA. I can understand why they made the recommendation. USAA always keeps member's interest at the forefront. My car came out of the shop looking like a new car. You can use me as a reference at any time.
