I was very pleased with the service at Gerber Collision and Glass - Ice Drive, Raleigh, NC location. They answered my questions/concerns thoroughly, frequently checked in regarding the progress of my car, and assisted in coordination of a rental car while my car was being serviced. I feel that everyone I interacted with at the shop had my best interest in mind and were very genuine in their demeanor. Overall, a great team to work with!

I appreciate the service and Mrs. Clelia Pirro. When we arrived she spoke with us and told us everything that was going to take place. Her and Aaron kept us up to date with what was taking place with my car. When I picked up my car it looked beautiful. Clelia walked us around showing us everything that they did. She explained everything involved with the warranty very clearly. I am really happy with the results, my car looks and feels like it did before the repair.
