I just think it was excellent customer service, friendly staff. Mona was exceptionally friendly, went beyond her job in helping me with a stressful situation with the rental company. I would definitely would come back in the future.

OMG!! My experience with Gerber was SOOOO much better that what I could have imagined! I would give them 10 stars if I could! They didn't just provide care for my car; they provided care for me! There is a sign on the wall in the lobby that says, "Customer Service.....It's an Attitude". That must be the motto by which all the Gerber staff live because every single person I met, from the time I came in for the estimate until the time I walked out the door with my car repaired and with the wonderful bonus of my car being detailed (totally unexpected!), was courteous, thoughtful, friendly and engaging, in addition to being knowledgeable and skilled at their jobs! I want to give very special shout-outs to: 1)Rodney, who gave me a fair estimate, helped me to continue to drive my car while awaiting the ordered part by getting on the ... ground and strategically holding the fallen curb guard in place with 3 zip ties, kept me informed of progress during the repair process, and made sure I wasn't without my vehicle longer than necessary; 2)Pam, who scheduled my appointment in a timely manner, rescheduled me when I couldn't keep the original time, and shared her great candy; and 3)Jim, who didn't allow a problem with the original repair plan to deter him from going above and beyond the usual to discover a method to get my car repaired and back on the road, AND saved me money in the end!!! He also gave me some helpful tips on how to protect my car from my parking so close to the curb. LOL I would never consider going any place else to have my car repaired and would quickly and highly recommend them to everyone I know! I am Gerber-for-Life!!! read more
