I just think it was excellent customer service, friendly staff. Mona was exceptionally friendly, went beyond her job in helping me with a stressful situation with the rental company. I would definitely would come back in the future.

OMG!! My experience with Gerber was SOOOO much better that what I could have imagined! I would give them 10 stars if I could! They didn't just provide care for my car; they provided care for me! There is a sign on the wall in the lobby that says, "Customer Service.....It's an Attitude". That must be the motto by which all the Gerber staff live because every single person I met, from the time I came in for the estimate until the time I walked out the door with my car repaired and with the wonderful bonus of my car being detailed (totally unexpected!), was courteous, thoughtful, friendly and engaging, in addition to being knowledgeable and skilled at their jobs!
