I can not say enough GREAT things about Gerber Collision in Sanford. The front staff was polite, helpful and so professional! The work done on my car was immaculate. The paint matches perfectly, the body looks wonderful. I got updates every couple of days, they worked with me and my work schedule and kept in contact with me every step of the process. MAJOR shoutout to Sarah and Annabell, they made me feel so comfortable and answered every question I had. I appreciate this team and the great atmosphere they have created for their customers! Great work guys!

I went to the Gerber location because i knew the previous owner and felt comfortable with his business operation. But after meeting the new staff i sensed a similarity in professionalisim. and we proceeded with an estimate and ultimately the repair. On the day of repair, i delivered my vehicle to them and they in turn took me home. When the repairs were completed, i was called and told the repairs were completed, and that my vehicle was going to be deliverd to my home. not only did they deliver it but washed and vaced. Much to my surprise. Having retired from the automobile business these little amenities are greatly appreciated. My hats off to the entire staff at Gerber collision and glass in marion, nc. Keep up the good work. You have earned my trust and future work!!!

The entire staff that I dealt with during this process were great. Inside was really clean and pleasant. They actually finished my SUV ahead of the promised date. The day I picked it up, Stan walked out with me and went over everything that was done. I am very pleased my experience at Gerber Collision & Glass, and would highly recommend them to friends.

The team was very helpful from the first day and was thorough in explaining the work effort. There was good notifications via their text messaging system that kept me informed of the progress. The work was done 4 days before the estimated repair date which was great. Was very satisfied with the repairs. I'd recommend Gerber Collision and glass to anyone looking for options to collision repairs.
