Gerber is the ONLY repair facility I and my entire family will ever use ! I recommend them to everyone I know needing any body work .. They go above and beyond they make you feel like you are their only customer ,never rushed.. everything is ALWAYS explained (in detail) Unfortunately, we are at vehicle number 5 (deer season creates havoc in the country) in the family that we have taken to GERBER and with EVERY ONE OF THEM ? the repairs done have been phenomenal ! The customer service truly goes without saying .. if someone in that office is having a bad day ? You would NEVER know it ! ?? Always a smile on their faces.. so at the end of the day ? There are many places to take your vehicle for repairs but there is ONLY ONE in my opinion that is true to their every word and that's GERBER the people behind the scenes ? The ones that do the ... work ? WOW ! is all I can say they take pride in what they do and it shows !! if you take your vehicle to someone else ? and you are unhappy with any part of the experience? Everyone here is AWESOME! I have brought my vehicles here before and every time they come out perfect. This last one, they completed the repair about 2 weeks ahead of time and it looked GREAT! I would recommend them to everyone.

I was very pleased with repairs. I was side swiped from front to back needing replacement of both doors and rear tire protector trim. Plant looks great guarantee also nice. Very pleasant experience and up to date on progress.

Stumbled on this location from google reviews after dealership referred us to another. They were backed up 2 1/2 months and the front desk was not so user friendly. Google reviews were strong so we decided to try. This turned out to be a blessing. Girl at front desk was so professional, helpful, and a delight to work with. I really did not know the business was here, a hidden gem. Needless to say, we got our car back in the week and we feel it looks better than before the small accident. Greatly pleased. We would definitely recommend this location to others. We appreciate you Gerber Thanks.
