Five stars for Gerber Collision & Glass Rocky Mount (only because we couldn't give more)! After striking a deer on I-95 South (over five hours from home), our insurance company directed us to Gerber to get our car back on the road. The damage was extensive, and we were worried that our vehicle was beyond repair. After completing a careful inspection, the Gerber team came up with a repair plan and proceeded to do top quality work. It was clear that the safety of the vehicle was their top priority - and some of the modern electronics in our car made that challenging (e.g., distance sensors and lane detection sensors were all impacted by the accident). The Gerber team repaired it all, thoroughly tested the vehicle, and got everything back to fully working order - as good as new! The car looks fantastic and handles great after the repair. ... Gerber came recommended to me after our accident and they didn't disappoint. I cannot emphasize the ease of the process. Gerber and the entire staff were quick, professional, courteous, and made what could have been a nuisance more than reasonable to deal with. They finished the car ahead of schedule, handled our rental car, kept us in the loop with texts and phone calls and we left there with our vehicle looking amazing. Highly recommend to anyone in need of collision repair.

Terrific work in a timely manner. I was kept in the loop constantly with the status of what was happening to my car. When I got the car back all discussed work had been done. When I got the car back I noticed the pin striping was new on the replaced parts but the same in the rear door. I asked to have it made the same and it was done within the day. Terrific customer service.
