I came to them with a dent and big black smudge across my back left panel of my jeep. Without thinking they came out and cleaned off the smudge and it looks much better even with the dent still in it.

Jodi reviewed my damage thoroughly - even getting on the hot asphalt crawling under to see hidden areas. The actual amount came out to within a few dollars of the estimate because she took that time/effort to do a good job up front. The quality of the work was excellent and the car was finished 2 days before promised. Great service all around!

To Gerber Collision, I would like to thank the Durham store for the wonderful service that I received while my vehicle was being repaired...Jeff and Linda kept in contact with me via Phone and text messages...My vehicle was delivered before the date I was told it would be on...when picked up my vehicle I didn't expect it to look like it rolled of the dealer ship show room...that's how good it looked...Jeff walk around the vehicle with me and explain all what the guys in the bodyshop had to do to get my vehicle like new...I would also like to thank those guys as well... it is the ones behind the scene that makes a company like Gerber looks good and keep someone like me happy. Your work was completed ahead of schedule. your Raleigh location did excellent work and even touched up a few things that weren't in the damage. I would highly recommend this group for anyone who wants repairs to their autos. also, Jody, the service advisor, is very, very good at her job. she kept us informed and was very helpful and knowledgeable. she is an excellent lady to have on this staff. (and so are the people in the shop by the work performed.)
