The service I received at the Hickory Gerber Collision was wonderful. A usually tedious and 'painful' process was made to be very smooth and hassle free. I received daily phone calls and texts on that status of repair on my car. I also received text messages with pictures of what stage of the process my car was in. I greatly appreciated this and have never received such detailed information! I would absolutely go back here and recommend this establishment to others. Great work everyone and thank you!

When my car was hit again, there was no other choice than to return to this location. The employees are great and the car looks like new. Suni B, Gerbers assistant manager, was a wonderful help to me. She was with me all the way. She kept me updated on the progress and ordered the rental car for me. I have never had this measure of good help before. I never had to fret, or be anxious, because she was always available. Give her a big "thank you" for me. I am very pleased with the work done on my Odysssey EXL van. It was returned to me clean and whole. Thank you, Gerber.

I had my car repaired a while back at Gerber. Today I went to get an inspection and was told that my light was out on the rear left side of my car. As this had been where the previous damage was done, I wondered if it had anything to do with the work I had done at Gerber. I took it to Gerber and spoke with the GM, he immediately told me to pull my car around back and fixed the problem on the spot. It is great to know the work done here is covered under warranty. Thanks Gerber!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had 0 problems with getting my car repaired. I called and they had me an appointment the same day. They were able to assist me right as I walked through the door. I never had to wait at ALL! They described the repair process, and then helped describe what each insurance company will provide! Very knowledgeable and helpful! They fixed my car within 2 days, but not only was the repair completed impressively but they cleaned the inside and outside of my car! Very trustworthy and very pleased with the results!
