I was heartbroken, my new 2015 Jeep was rear-ended. My insurance company, USAA, recommended Gerber Collision & Glass as a preferred repair shop. I have to say - WOW, I am totally impressed with the overall service I received at my local Gerber Collision. Not only did they keep my jeep in a locked lot, they communicated with me, by phone and text, updating me on the progress. I was given a completion date and they finished ahead of schedule. My brand new 2015 Jeep looks like it did coming off the show room floor, you cannot even see where the damage was. Thank you EVERYONE at Gerber, ICE drive in Raleigh NC for the best service and repair. This will be the place I turn to again and I will recommend Gerber to all of my acquaintances. Jodi worked with me on the repairs to my vehicle after a hit and run in a parking lot. She helped me understand what needed to be done to my vehicle, how they would go about fixing it, and the insurance process involved. She went above and beyond to help me. She not only fixed what was quoted but had minor touch ups done that made a huge difference. I could not be happier with the service that I received at Gerber and will most definitely return for my next auto body/glass repair!

Was referred to Brian at Gerber by my Toyota service rep related to an issue with my front bumper. After leaving the Toyota dealership, I decided to drive straight over to Gerber to see if they could help me. Without an appointment, I asked if Brian was available and was lead to his office. He was very welcoming and helpful, and was able to resolve my car bumper issue, literally, within minutes! Way beyond my expectations! Thank-you so much! :)

Allstate recommended Gerber Collision to me after a minorl hit and run. Gerber location was very convenient for me. Per my arrival, I was greeted by Tawnja S. (customer service Representative). She was very pleasant and told me my car would be in good hands. During my family vacation I was notified everyday about the status of my car. I really couldn't believe how informative they were. My car was done a day in advance. I was really happy with the outcome. No hassle, good workmanship, and most of all great customer service and communication from Tawnya. I will wrek-ommend Gerber to anyone that needs collision work!

I have had not one but two excellent experiences with GC on Ice Drive in Raleigh: one last qQDecember when someone slammed into my brand new Subaru (no one could possibly find where the damage was now), and one last week when I stopped in for an estimate on my latest scrape. Instead of an estimate, I got manager Brian Benish, who said, "Let me take a look at it." He did just that, then scooted it into the shop where they polished the nasty scratch out in what was surely record time. At no charge yet! I was in and out of there in fifteen minutes, but not before assuring Brian that I will love him forever??. Too bad he's too old for me.
