I received E-Mail updates as to the status of my vehicle on several occasions. My vehicle looks Great and was ready for pick up Two days sooner than promised.

The entire team was lovely. Mike provided exceptional service and went above and beyond. The receptionists were friendly and were great about helping me find a time that worked.I had got one quote that Honda recommended at Fosters in Raleigh. They were much higher and completely unfriendly. I will go to this particular location for any and all of my auto repair needs as it pertains to their business of collision and glass. I give them a 2 thumbs up and highest rating there is, 5 stars.

I needed an inspection of my bumper as a result of a recent rear-end collision. Brian helped me so much. He checked everything out, determined that my bumper was in good shape. Then he took my license plate off and straightened it out! Lori was great as well. Thank them all!

Brian did a great job of wrapping the repair up for me very quickly -I got my car back the next day! :) The ladies in the office made sure the Enterprise shuttle was there shortly after repair drop off so I could get my rental car. I appreciate Keith for getting me picked up after I returned my rental back the next day and back to the body shop in a timely manner. Thanks to all working together to get my car back to me smoothly and seamlessly!
