My car was hit and I was truly upset about the situation. When I went to Gerber I met with Kelly who made everything really easy and I am very grateful for his excellent customer service. I work for a major airline and I manager over 100 agents and if I could clone Kelly I would do so in a minute. Even the office staff was fantastic!

The service center was great! My car was dropped off on a Thursday morning and it was ready by 5pm on Friday. I asked the shop if they could replace a couple of my lights in the front of my car. They were able to do so...Free of charge. I was very grateful. That would have cost me a great deal had I taken my car to the Infiniti dealership. I would definitely take my car to this location again. Thanks yall!!
