I wrecked my car while on vacation and didn't know where to go. Gerber Collision was on USAA's list of providers so I decided to try them out. Boy am I glad I did. They were very professional and accommodating, which was really nice since I was from out of town and had to leave my car with them for 2 months. They called me every Tuesday and Thursday to give me updates. They returned my calls promptly whenever I tried to reach them. They were always very friendly and helpful. Then to top it off, when my car wasn't ready by the estimated completion date and they weren't sure when it would be (due to the extent of the damage), they offered to assume my car rental payments for the period past the expected completion date and drove my car back to Atlanta and delivered it to my driveway. This was a huge help for me as I didn't have to take a ... day off of work to travel back to Wilmington to pick up my car. Kirk C. and his team took a huge load of stress off me during this process. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond in delivering my car back to me. I will continue to tell all of my friends about the great experience I had with Gerber Collision and Kirk and his team. Thank you so much! read more
