Excellent service. The staff was very helpful and kept me aware of what was happening with my car and with the insurance company. They completed the required work in a very timely manner. I hope that I don't need any future repairs but if so I wouldn't hesitate to go to Gerber again!

I was hit on the coast and the back of my Sorento did a good job of absorbing the impact, however, the lady that hit me caused some damage to my vehicle. Thus, I had to get it repaired, so I went to Gerber where Jeff, Jamie and Linda helped me, both with the estimate and drop off and pick-up for work completion. There was a minor glitch in my paperwork as they had my phone number wrong (out-of-state, and lots of 3's)....So, when I called to check-in, I was told it was in clean-up and they'd call back when ready. A minute later Jamie called and told me they had my number wrong and the car was ready. My Italian temper vanished the second I was told my car was ready. When I walked in, Jamie brought me right to the front of the line and within seconds, I turn around and there is Jeff whisking me away to take a look at his work. The car was ... super shiny, sparkling and aesthetically a hell of a lot better than the dirty vehicle I left with them. Jeff explained exactly what he did and WHY he did what he did. Customer Service is a brash industry. Although we met due to unfortunate circumstances, I am a pleased consumer with this specific location and staff. I will recommend this establishment to anyone in need of services. Most of all, my review of 5 stars comes not only from the exceptional body work, but because of the human beings behind the operation, Jeff, Jamie & Linda. I'm sure there is other staff, but I dealt with these three specifically. Jeff is a behind AND in front of the scenes mechanic/auto-repair Master. I am so very pleased with my experience. Thank you, thank you! I could tell these people enjoy coming to work and helping others; people who hate their jobs are easily spotted. Great job, guys and gals!!!!! Very positive experience from the front desk to the service manager . Very professional and courteous. Communication via email and phone was excellent. My car looked like it was brand new and I got it two days early! Also cleaned the inside. Very impressed and would use and refer again.

I am extremely happy with the service and with Gail and Randy, who received me with utmost respect and in a professional manner. I went there three times an Ms. Gail received me with her smiling and welcoming face. I dropped d of my car Volvo S 60 on 8/24/15 in the morning and to my great surprise I received a phone call in the evening informing me that my car is ready. I could not believe that that it could be fixed so soon. Anyway, I went today and brought my car back. I do not the. Mechanics, but two professionals Ms. Gail and deserve my appreciation. God forbidden, I will ever need my car to be fixed again, I will go only at this location for their professionalism.

From the time I brought my car in to do the estimate of damage, to the time I actually picked up my car, I had perfect service. Grayson, Andrew, and Stacy all were extremely helpful.
