The staff was very courteous and helpful. The kept us informed as to the repairs on our vehicle. When we picked it up the technician walked us out and explained everything that was done and let us know that if there were any problems, we should not hesitate to call. That is wonderful customer service and the car looks great. They even cleaned it to look like new.

I like the professional and helpful attitude of all the people I dealt with. I did not like that the car set for far almost 2 weeks, waiting on parts, before the body work was done, and THEN sent for alignment. It could have been aligned with the old parts on it while it was waiting. I think they should work to get the car back to the customer as-soon-as-possible.

Susan was wonderful during the whole process. She called me with the estimate and told me approximately how many days the repair would take. She also called to give an update on the car. Gus also walked me to my car with an umbrella as it was pouring outside the day my car was being picked up. The customer service was outstanding!

I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Gerber's Concord NC staff. They quickly and efficiently provided me with an estimate for the damage to my vehicle and helped submit the info to my insurance company. They also arranged a rental car for my use while waiting for the work to be done. They did exactly what they promised and I was extremely satisfied with the work performed on my vehicle. I thought the paint color might be difficult to match but Gerber did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend Gerber Collision to any of my family and friends who may need auto repairs in the future. And thanks for the phone and email updates!
