I wrecked my car while on vacation and didn't know where to go. Gerber Collision was on USAA's list of providers so I decided to try them out. Boy am I glad I did. They were very professional and accommodating, which was really nice since I was from out of town and had to leave my car with them for 2 months. They called me every Tuesday and Thursday to give me updates. They returned my calls promptly whenever I tried to reach them. They were always very friendly and helpful. Then to top it off, when my car wasn't ready by the estimated completion date and they weren't sure when it would be (due to the extent of the damage), they offered to assume my car rental payments for the period past the expected completion date and drove my car back to Atlanta and delivered it to my driveway. I was highly satisfied with the service I received from Gerber.I took my car there on a Thursday and it was done in 3 days they even allow my car to sit there an extra day because I was out of town when it was finished. I was kept up to date by text message on how the repair was going. the employees there are very friendly also.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs car repair.
